In this post you will learn how to set video as your desktop wallpaper. For this you need to have VLC player, you can download VLC player from the following link.
VLC player
Step1
Launch VLC player and open any video file with it
Step2
After the video has started playing, right click on the video screen and go to video>DirectX wallpaper
Step3
After setting it as directX wallpaper you will be able to see video playing on the desktop background where you see your wallpaper.
If you want to remove video wallpaper simply refresh the screen or undo the changes
